Alcohol septal ablation is a therapeutic option for patients with hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy who remain symptomatic despite medical treatment. Our aim was to monitor clinical and echocardiographic progression in patients with hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy treated by septal ablation at our center.
